Delivery of products ordered from Slendertone to the United States and Canada is free of charge

Please note that we are unable  to deliver to PO Box addresses FPO or APO Addresses .

Orders received before 12:00pm on Monday to Friday should  be shipped on the same day.  Orders received after 12:00pm on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.

To help ensure that we are able to deliver your order, please use a daytime delivery address and provide a daytime phone number. 

We will send you a confirmation email when your order has been shipped, the email will contain your delivery tracking details. Delivery will usually take 3-4 days after your order has been shipped.

Because all orders are sent for packing as soon as they are placed, we cannot change the delivery address after your order has been placed.
